Cannot move the Photoshop window. No solution with changing snap options, resetting preferences, or with Windows OS settings. Always snaps back to same area of display. Tried all kinds of posted suggestions.

I'm having the same experience. I have three monitors, can slide Photoshop over to any other monitor, but as I let go of the mouse button, Photoshop goes back to the originating monitor. I'm geting quite ticked off.

I am having the same issue. This only started happening when I updated to 2024.

I found a solution for my situation (photoshop 2024 locked to the corner of the Windows 11 screen) in a different support thread:
https://community.adobe.com/t5/photoshop-ecosystem-bugs/cannot-move-photoshop-window-around-screen-s...
It was Daniel Presdeo's instructions/tweak that fixed it for me. I'm pasting his post here, but you can visit the full thread by clicking the link above.

metimes this happens when upgrading from Windows 10 to 11.This seemed to resolve most issues with the snapping.
Try this:
in Windows 11 I had to enable "Show window contents while dragging"
- Run (Win+R) SystemPropertiesPerformance.exe to open Visual Effects Performance Options.
- In the Visual Effects tab, check (on - default) or uncheck Show window contents while dragging for what you want, and click/tap on OK.
