PS beta indmiyor

Creatice Cloud satın aldım. Photoshop uygulamasını indirebilirken beta sürümünü yükleyemiyorum. Yükle seçeneğine bastığım zaman bir sonuç alamıyorum. Ne yapmam gerekir?

Please share a screenshot of what you see.

It may help if we could see your Photoshop System Info. Launch Photoshop, and select Help >System Info...and copy/paste the text in a reply.
