Hi Adobe team,
I’ve been incredibly impressed with the new cloud-based background removal and subject selection tools in Photoshop Beta — they work amazingly well! While using these features, I thought of an idea that could greatly improve workflow for designers and photographers:
I’d love to see a dedicated button or option called "Add Shadow" that automatically generates a realistic shadow for a cutout object based on a selected light source.
Given Photoshop's powerful AI capabilities, I believe this feature could become a game-changer for creative professionals.
Thanks for your hard work on Photoshop Beta — I’m excited to see how it continues to evolve!
Best,
Yoan

Generative Fill is already quite good at adding reflections, so maybe it could work out shadows if there was enough shading information in an image.
BTW This tree is so famous I recognised it right away. Who wants to be the first person to say where it is? 🙂
ROTFL! Well, it looks like Gen Fill has a sense of humour. This made rolling with laughter!
This was the best, and it is still pretty pants. The sape is wrong, and shadow too dense and much harder edhed than the trees in the background.
