Que faire pour installer remove tool components à 100 % et qu'il fonctionne svp ?

@Dany324105292w2e your system does not meet minimum requirements which is why it wont install. You need Windows 10 v22h2 and your 750 ti does not support DirectX12 feature level 12 (only supports feature level 11).

I can't install Remove tool components for Photoshop Beta 25.9. Installation Failed. I've tried changing Photoshop beta version to older, but nothing changed and also I've tried removing whole Photoshop beta folder and reinstalling but still the same problem

Hi @Avenix could you share the translation of error you are seeing in English so we can check on it.  Also, what Remove Tool componets were you trying to install?

Thanks,

Photoshop Beta add-ons remove tool components can't not add-ons? 88% download, then retry

@Dany324105292w2e its not just your GPU - your Windows OS version also does not meet minimums. You need to be able to upgrade that as well.
