School account Photoshop Beta not working

I have a school account with Adobe and with it, I get all access to apps through the school plan, I contacted my school to try to get Photoshop Beta allowed, and they gave access to it recently but it's still saying I have to pay for the plan and still can't use Generative fill.

Hey there! Welcome to the Photoshop Community. I'll help you figure this out. I've reviewed the account you're signed into the Community with & you have two profiles in your account.

Since the Beta apps were enabled recently in your account, have you tried to sign out of the Creative Cloud desktop app?

Sign out of the Creative Cloud desktop app & sign in again. Use your work-related profile when signing in again & check if the issue exists.

Sameer,  I have seen similar posts on the forum, and they spoke about needing to fill in some sort of online form to activate Student accounts.  I can't find those threads now, but I wonder if this PDF is relevant?
