stable diffusion and photoshop beta commercial use

I have images created with a commercially useable stable diffusin model and I'm doing some editing with Photoshop beta, my question is can I use these images forcommercial use or not?

If you do not use GenAI technology in Ps beta then sure, no issues.  If you use GenAI then it would still apply that it is not for commecial use:
