Я скачал бета-версию Photoshop с поддержкой AI. Программа каждый раз вылетает и показывает эту ошибку. Обновил графический процессор (Intel HD Graphic), обновил DirectX, поставил высокопроизводительную видеокарту для фотошопа, вырезал файл "сниффера", но программа вообще не запускается. Перепробовал все советы, не могу понять в чем проблема. Программа не видит мою видеокарту, вместо моей пишет «Неизвестный графический процессор». Та же проблема и со старыми версиями. Пожалуйста, помогите мне...

Hi @Karina31976295e7fc you have a faulty graphics card that is not registering. It wouldn't really matter much - the Intel HD Graphics series is too old to be supported by current Photoshop requirements. It does not support DirectX12 and the speeds are under 800 ops/sec (recommended minimums are 2,000).

Unfortunately you don't wrote anything about your system. So it's difficult so help, but anyway here are a few ideas:

Do you have installed the latest version of the driver for your graphic card?

Is the Intel HD Graphic the CPU internal graphic device? If yes and you're using Windows then try to deactivate this device.

Troubleshoot Photoshop graphics processor (GPU) and graphics driver issues (adobe.com)

See step 7 under the section "Windows GPU and graphics driver troubleshooting steps" in the linked document above.
