Hi @default29896955bsar9q sorry for this issue.

  • Have you checked if you’re in incognito? Ps Web does not run in incognito.
  • Have you toggled this Chrome settings switch?
    chrome://settings/cookies -
Set "Clear cookies and site-data when you close all windows to the ON position.
    Open Ps Web,
    Create a new file.
  • Have you tried in Microsoft Edge?
  • Have you checked the requirements to make sure you computer is up to date?

Since Adobe has already confirmed that they do not currently support that feature, I do not understand the flurry of superfluous and time-wasting suggestions. Are you suggesting that using Microsoft Edge, Ps Web Beta DOES support EPS files? If I turn my computer off and on, will that cause Adobe to support EPS files in Ps Web Beta? Sorry. I'm just confused by the jumble of suggestions.

Hi @default29896955bsar9q sorry about the confusion... where did you mention that you were trying to open an EPS file in your original post? If we missed that, sorry, our bad.

The suggesitons were to start to try to understand WHAT you were having issues with, that's all.  Now that you mentioned EPS we can confirm that at this time Ps on the web does not support EPS files.  But you can offer that up in the Ideas section of the form as a future request.

Ah, you posted here about the EPS file issue, which we replied to:

So was this a duplicate post on the same issue?
