win11, surface laptop studio, sluggish photoshop

while working on a project on my surface laptop studio using the surface slim pen 2 photoshop starts randomly to be sluggish and unresponsiv. I am curently using windows 11 with the build # 21H2 22000.556

Would you be able to provide your Photoshop beta Help > System Info dialog text? and a few more details as to the kind of document you're working and the types of actions that are sluggish/unresponsive for you?
