Is the Usage of External AI tools in UXP Photoshop plugins allowed

So I wanted to make a UXP plugin that helps with the enhancement of images using tools from an external AI service specifically the Leonardo.AI Alchemist and Canvas API to allow Photoshop users to use the AI to enhance their images this will NOT be an image generation alternative to Adobe's tools it will improve upon them and give users access to Leonardo's Models and Enhancement options to add depth, improvements or to work upon existing images

I have read theDeveloper Additional Terms  and am concerned as Leonardo might use parts of the image to train new models I am not going to feed the output directly into there API but instead feed it into a custom API I will make myself that handles the output and I know The Leonardo.AI terms of service  allow you to retain your copyrights but they also may use the output to improve there models I have no control over what they do with the Import and export of data via there buessness API I am going to ask  them if they use the data from that endpoint to train there models I do know they use the user endpoint to do so but that's a different API that is way more limited

I want to make clear it won't be a competitor to photoshop and its existing features  it will expand upon them
