I use a macbook pro, OS version 15.0.1.

In adobe, when i try to do an AI generative fill i get the error messag "We've encountered an issue and can't complete your request at this time. Please try again later."

I tried a different internet connection, still no luck.

It's been like this for two days - since the last update.

Thanks.

I resolvd this (sort of).

It won't do generative fills on a totally black background (#000000) but if you nudge it up just a tad above black (#050505) it works fine every time.

I have members of my team with the same issue you're experiencing Paul.  Not sure the cause yet, investigating.  I was hoping Adobe would respond to your question.

I just want to clarify, i'm getting this error after creating a new, untitled, unsaved document. Screenshot 2024-10-22 at 9.01.52 PM.jpg

10/26/24 - A new twist ➤ The AI fails when the background layer is black. But the AI WORKS if the background layer is white :right_arrow: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XazKcoYrpJQ :left_arrow: Watch the video here

On this end, the generative fill is not working on a flat black background (#000000), but if you raise it to #050505 the generative AI works.

It seems this might be a general issue a number of users are encountering at the moment.

This looks like it's on Abode's end. Update of the fonctionality ?! not sure but i would suggest giving them a little time for it to be resolved.

(  i have tried re-installing PS Beta with older versions , same issue. )
