Generative fill hasn't been working since this morning. While trying these, my credits have also run out. Please provide support on this matter

Generative Fill has stopped working on my MacBook Pro without any changes on my end.

Here’s what happens:

After a long, slow analysis, a general error message briefly appears, then disappears.
See attached screenshots.

Steps I’ve tried:

Rebooting (macOS 15.1.1 Sequoia)
Uninstalling/reinstalling Photoshop and PS Beta (Generative AI no longer works in either)
Switched cache disks as another thread suggested
Tried on my GF's laptop, same error.
Resetting preferences

When running generator, I've noticed new tips appear in the dialogue window. This means, Adobe has been revising this feature.

Why does my Generative fill keep giving me this error again and again, yesterday it worked perfectly and my internet is working fine as well. Is the service down or something?

When trying to use generative fill, I get an error message, my request cannot be processed at the moment and I will try again later.

I'm haivn the same problem.It says we've encoutnered and error and cannot complete your request at this time. It's on a new imac - and worked fine on my previous one.

Same error issue. Doesn't generate even the simplest prompt. Thought it maty be connection issue but restarted and still not working. Tested on Firefly and AI generation there seems fine, only a problem in Photoshop.

I think there is a problem with the servers.
Adobe is aware of this situation.
I was using Photoshop 26. I think the problem is in this version.
When I reduced it to 25, the problem disappeared. But they need to fix this problem in 26

Hi - Since today morning I am facing generative fill error in photoshop - "We've encountered an issue and can't complete your request" but surprisingly its working in Photoshop BETA.

MAC OS - Sequoia V15.3

Please help on this , its affecting my work.

I have another laptop (windows) as well and in it everything is working fine so both laptops are on same WIFI.
