@ANOOP DUTT "I have downloaded the 2018 official version and even paid from my credit card from adobe"

Photoshop version 2018 has not been available for some time and Adobe do not provide links to download older unsupported versions

If you have a valid Creative Cloud subscription, you need to consider updating/purchasing a new PC that will run the latest versions

You almost certainly paid for and downloaded a pirated version. Adobe CC doesn't use the Adobe Application Manager. You need to remove this from your computer and look for another application that will work on older laptops.

@ANOOP DUTT as @Ged_Traynor and @Lumigraphics pointed out - you have not purchased an official version of Photoshop. A telltale sign is Creative Cloud does not use Application Manager. This is cracked/pirated software. I would lock your credit card and report the site you purchased from here https://www.adobe.com/trust/fraud-prevention.html.

We won't be able support you beyond this advice since this is pirated software.
