Come on Adobe! 24 days, and still no fix? The failure of PS CC to perform back-up with keys in the lasso tools is just ONE of the bugs that keeps me from using my Creative Cloud Programs! I still have to use PS CS6 and Bridge CS6, so you are charging me every month, and I get NOTHING for it! How do I get a refund?

Still not fixed? I thought faster updates and fixes was one of the the points of cc? Very disappointing. Is there a way to revert to the previous photoshop?

Yes, there is a way to revert to a previous version it you own it. You can have both the new and old versions installed at the same time. I am a long-time Photoshop user, so for years I have made it a practice to keep the previous version as a backup in case of repeated crashes (which are not uncommon). Unfortunately, there are now time-wasting bugs in both Bridge CC and Photoshop CC that make using them counterproductive. So I am using PS6 and Bridge PS6, which means I am getting NOTHING for the monthly CC fee that Adobe is taking from me!

Same problem here, can't delete recently drawn points using Polygonal Lasso tool pressing Delete key or can't cancel incomplete selection pressing Esc key unless it is held down for 1 sec. Win 8.1, PS CC 14.2 x64, still trial

It took a while, but I see Adobe fixed other bugs as well! GREAT NEWS! Now I can use Photoshop CC. NEXT I'll check into getting Bridge CC fixed (can't scroll on second monitor), but I don't even know if Brige CC has any new features since Bridge CS6, so that's a lower priority. I'll just keep using Bridge CS6.

In the Polygonal Lasso tool the 'Del' key is not working to delete last point clicked!
it's really frustrating.
I hope will be fixed in next minor update!
I'm on windows 7 64bit or 32bit.

Yup, the the Polygonal Lasso tool the 'Del' key is not working properly, you have to randomly click twice to remove the previous point clicked. Please fix it, Jeffrey and the team.

Although this may feel like an achievement Adobe now having fixed the issue, it is not. This should not be happening in the 1st place. These are basic tool functionalities in these expensive software packages.

This fix took far too long for Adobe to rectify. One other frustrating thing that appears to have happened is now the contact sheet feature has been removed from Bridge - why! It was hugely useful feature.

When you buy a new car, they don't sell them without doors, and then say they will get them to you in a few weeks time.

Nope Chris, not completely. The delete key doesn't work every time you create a new point with polygonal lasso and press delete key. Please ttry it first, you'll notice that it doesn't respond every time. Create new point (Cnp from now on), Cnp, Cnp, Cnp, Cnp, Cnp, press delete key.Cnp, Cnp, Cnp, Cnp, Cnp, press delete key. Cnp, Cnp, Cnp, Cnp, Cnp, press delete key. Cnp, Cnp, Cnp, Cnp, Cnp, press delete key. Delete key doesn't work every time, about 8 out of 10 times works.

Vesa, are you on Mac or Win? It's working correctly for me. Are you clicking in a point and not moving the cursor before hitting delete. if you hitting delete after clicking in a point, it feels like you're hitting the delete key twice to delete one point but you're actually deleting two.

Hi, I'm using Windows 7 64-bit, photoshop 14.2.1 x64. Polygonal lasso isn't still working properly, sometimes you have to double click the delete key in order to delete a "lasso-point". And if you press delete key twice it will remove only one "lasso-point". This isn't so serious as the previous problem was, but it's little bit annoying and confusing,

In 2022 version, I still found this to be the issue, but I just discovered that holding shift+backspace removes the last marquee path point! Hope this helps someone out! 🙂
