Hello. Today I updated PS to CC 2017, and tried to download some of the templates, but just get the error: "Purchasing Error. Something went wrong while trying to license the template. Please try again."
I tried several times, with different templates, but always got the same error.
Hi, I Have the same problem. Signed out on the desktop App as you suggested and signed in again. Same problem (with all templates). I can download them online, but not within Photoshop CC2017.
Yes I did... but to be sure I did it again this morning. Quit Photoshop. Got in to the CCApp, signed out, signed in again. Launched Photoshop.. but can't download templates (same message image on top of this topic).
I have exactly the same issue here, and having read this forum I've followed all the steps in this forum and even updated all the apps and rebooted numerous times to no avail. Was this frustrating problem ever solved ?
