Photoshop Generative Fill Error - We've encountered an issue and can't complete your request...

When I use the generative fill to add detail to an image I get the error "We've encountered an issue and can't complete your request at this time.  Thank you for your patience. Please try again later. "

 

The error has persisted since last week.  I have tried severals to use it.  I have updated and reverted to old versions trying to fix this problem to no avail. As of right it now it causing a work stoppage.

Same issue. Worked for me like once in 30 times I'm trying to generate. Frustrating..

The same problem, I tried both Windows and MacOS. So it's 100% an Adobe server issue. 

 

It's a shame, because the subscription is valid, but the services are not provided, and I can imagine how much the company can be sued for if it is not resolved quickly

2/04/2024 there is a noted issue on the server. Check status.adobe.com for updates.

Same problem too. I downgraded to the 25.0 version and for now it worked

Thanks @Tibi34642248qz9z !, it solve the problem, you just need to downgrade the ver. to 25.0 , let's hope the issue will be fixed for the major issue right now for the latest ver.

What fixed it for me was downgrading to the previous major version.
So I was using 2.6 and downgraded to the latest 2.5 version.

Roll back... what to do first? Uninstall the latest first or install older version?
