Same here. Very annoying for those of us who like to keep clean folders. I don't mind that it exists somewhere, but the top-level of my Documents folder is not the place for it. How about one of those Adobe cache or preference folders instead.

Thanks.

This is bad form. Every Adobe App is now creating these files in my top level Documents folder.

Update today. Problem still exits.

Lightroom behaves similarly with the Adobe/dynamiclinkmediaserver/ folder. Could this be passed along as well?

This is a great conversation that's separate from the main one, so I created a new conversation to continue the discussion.

Please reference the new conversation here: Lightroom: Creates aAdobe/dynamiclinkmediaserver/ folder

After latest Update to PS Version 2014.2.2, the DesignLibrary_Photoshop.log still appears under my Documents folder. Can I manually delete the file or should I wait for the next update?

You can delete. But you must to try manual update again 'cause v2014.2.2 already fixed this problem.
