Não foi possível completar o comando Dissolver devido a um erro de disco. Essa é a mensagem que aparece quando tento usar o filtro Dissolver em qualquer foto depois da atualização 23.3

Quando voltei para a versão anterior funcinou perfeitamente.

You only have VRAM: 1,073 MB

https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/system-requirements.html

Photoshop requires 1.5GB to operate.

Try holding down the Opt key when selecting Filter > Liquify...

I'm having this same issue too - so annoying and not everyone can simply just afford a  new spec machine!  Only happened after the last update as well.  If I had known it was going to cause such an issue I wouldn't have bothered with the update. Come on Adobe sort it out as I've tried everything suggested bar paying for a new iMac (which simply isn't possible right not).

Weirdly if I press down the alt key and Liquify tool at the same time, hey presto Liquify works. Genius that :). So if anyone is having an issue try the alt key with the liquify command!

witam.

Could be anything from genuinely running out of disk sapce to a hardware acceleration issue. Start by checking your swap file settings and hardware acceleration options. Updating your system's graphics driver may be necessary.

Hello everyone,
Since the last update, I can't use the "fluidity" filter. I get an error message about a "disk error"
I work on external hard drives, I took a new one but I still have the same message.
The other filters work, I work with a Mac OSX Catalina, version 10.15.7 (updated)
Do anyone of you have the same problem?
Thank you for your help,

Hi Yves,

Just want to check that photoshop has the access it needs to edit files on your mac. Have you checked your mac's System Preferences Security and Privacy, then go to files and folders and click on removable volumes. See that photoshop has access to removable drives.

Ciao a tutti.

Hi Marco,

Thanks for reaching out. We are here to help.

By "Fluidify" you refer to the "Liquify" filter in Photoshop. Please check this thread where other users have shared a similar problem for suggestions: https://community.adobe.com/t5/photoshop-ecosystem-bugs/p-disk-error-using-liquify/idc-p/12926270

We hope this helps,

Thanks!

I had the same problem that you have described, with the option of pressing the "Alt" key when selecting the filter the problem was solved, the issue is that I have to do it every time I use it, it could not be corrected in the next version ? Why is this happening?

Hi!  When I try to use liquify, I get this error:  "Could not complete the Liquify command because of a disk error."

There has been two new updates since this issue began.  I have also tried reverting to an older version, but the issue continues.

Thank you for your help!

Sincerely,

Roni

What Mac do you have (model and year), which version of macOS, and how much RAM/scratch disk space? You can post the system info and GPU compatibility from the Help menu to make it easier.

Press the Alt key when selecting "Liquify" from the Filter menu. Works for me, too! So happy!

Just updated Photoshop. Now liquify tool won't work due to "disc error". Restarted, uninstalled and reinstalled. No joy. Au secours.

Hi @ChristophePhoto24 sorry to hear this.

Let's make sure we're in a default state and there are no stale settings somewhere:

Restore your preferences using this manual method:

https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/using/preferences.html#Manually

Does it work correctly?

If that doesn't solve it, you can quit Photoshop and put the Settings folder back.

It may help if we could see your Photoshop System Info. Launch Photoshop, and select Help >System Info...and copy/paste the text in a reply.

Thank you,

@ChristophePhoto24 avez-vous vu la suggestion donnée comme solution pour un problème similaire?

Maintenir option avant d'aller dans le menu filtre>Fluidité.
