P: JPEG2000 format save work incorrect using actions

Photoshop CC 2015.0.1.
I record action - "Save As" using JPEG2000 format (80% quality, lossy). After that I open Automate-Batch and call recorded action to folder. Unfortunately saved files are incorrect - many times larger than supposed to be. And save process is very long.
My source files are 16-bit TIFFs with non-sRGB color profiles.
