Hi, i cant use generative fill, but yesterday it was woking without this error message, can anyone help?

Hello ! I'm in France and I have the same issue!¡ Super annoying. I reinstalled the last version and still doesn't work, but last Friday it worked. So weird. Have you solved it? Thank you

Same in Portugal. Worked fine yesterday and had no updates since. I guess it's a problem on their servers.
For now I have to go "old school" and do it by hand, can't wait for a fix.

We have been using Generative Fill for about 2 years now and it says thet it is not available in our region, I have seen that there are multiple countries that are experiencing the same issue. We are in South Africa.

wenn ich die generative Funktionutzen will, erhalte ich seit heute (20.10.2025) die Fehelrmeldung "Diese funktion ist zu dieser zeit in deiner region nicht verfügbar."

Ist das nur ein temporäres Problem oder kann das an etwas anderem liegen?

Ich habe leider das selbe Problem. Tablet und Web-Anwendung zeigen die Fehlermeldung an, die Bearbeitung auf dem Handy würde allerdings funktionieren.

I'm guessing this is why I'm suddenly getting "this feature is not available in your region" when I try to use generative fill - this started in the middle of en edit session, and a reboot didn't help. Of course this happened when I'm working to a deadline.

Using Photoshop 2025 26.11.00 on MacOS Tahoe 26.0.1

I keep getting an error message when trying to use generative AI that says 'this feature is not available in this region at this time'. I'm based in the UK and have previosuly used the AI on a daily basis.

When logging in to my accoiunt to check AI creditsd I get the follwoing error:

'Unable to load generative credits'

Trying to use the Adobe contact chat which is an AI assistant and this is also not working.

I'm presuming Firefly is down and this is affecting everyone? Or is it an isolated incicent and how/when can it be resolved?

Can't use Generative Expand tool Photoshop since today, error " this feature is not available in your region at this time". I've used it plenty of times, even at Friday. I'm from Poland, personal use account. Also Firefly is not available in my region. Please help me.
