Hi, i cant use generative fill, but yesterday it was woking without this error message, can anyone help?

Hi Anshul,

I’m also trying to use the Generative Fill feature in Adobe Express, but it’s currently unavailable. Firefly Image 1 isn’t working either. I’m using my personal account.

Hi,
I can’t use the Generative Fill feature in Photoshop anymore. When I try to use it, I get the message: “Unfortunately, this feature is not available in your region at the moment.”

I live in France, and it’s impossible to contact Adobe Support — there’s no chat support available here, and I can’t reach them by phone either.

Can someone please help or explain why this feature suddenly became unavailable in my region?

Came here to see if anyone else had the same issue - I was using this feature for the past few days and this morning, and now suddenly I'm getting that same message (I'm in the UK). I think it must be an issue at Adobe's end but like you said, it's impossible to speak to someone.

I am facing this issue this morning, for some reason my generative fill suddenly stopped working,g saying it isn't "available in my country" (Spain)- but I have been using it since it came out and I am not using a VPN and I have tried verifying my age on behance, and restarting PS and my computer. The chat to contact you folks seems to be out of commission too. I am working on PSB files, and this is greatly disrupting my workflow. Can someone please contact me to help?

Hi, I’m having an issue with Firefly in Photoshop.
Yesterday everything worked fine, but today the Generative Fill feature stopped working and shows the message:
“This feature is not available in your region at this time.”

I didn’t change my location or account, and Firefly status on the Adobe Status page says it’s available.
Could you please check what’s wrong with my account or region access?

Affected are the latest version of PS ( Mac) and also the Beta versions.... conclusion: nothing local, not related to OS, not version or region specific. In other words: the issue is at Adobe/it's servers.
