Hi, i cant use generative fill, but yesterday it was woking without this error message, can anyone help?

      Si vous regardez bien dans ce forum il y a des dizaines de messages comme le votre dans plusieurs langues.

      Tout porte à croire qu'il s'agit d'un bug, non encore résolu.

      OSx Mac system. As of today, the AI option for FireFly (2023/2025) is not working at all (Photoshop 2025 & Photoshop Beta version). 

      The message “The feature is not available in your region at this time” appears—it had been working normally until now and there were no such messages. 

       

      Does anyone know why?

      Will Adobe help?

        Bonjour, depuis ce matin, il m'est impossible de générer des remplissages génératifs sur Photoshop. Lorsque je clique pour en lancer un, le message "Cette fonctionnalité n'est pas disponible dans votre région pour le moment". Également, mes crédits génératifs ne se chargent pas et le message "Impossible de générer vos crédits" apparaît. Que puis-je faire ? Merci d'avance.

                I was especially impressed that today I used the service and this feature. And then 15 minutes, and it is no longer available in your region (Ukraine). I have been using the subscription for 3 years with this feature.
