Hi, i cant use generative fill, but yesterday it was woking without this error message, can anyone help?

Hello everyone—as of today (October 20, 2025), Generative Fill is no longer working. “This service is not available in your region”—does anyone know anything about this?

Bonjour, depuis ce matin, impossible d'utiliser les modification génératives dans Photoshop (26.10.00) j'ai aussi essayé via BETA c'est idem. HELP ! Ultra urgent, je ne comprends pas d'où cela peut venir, qquun pour m'aider ? Impossible d'utiliser le Chat ADOBE, et aucun numéro service client accessible .... (j'ai un abonnement payant)

OSx Mac system. As of today, the AI option for FireFly (2023/2025) is not working at all (Photoshop 2025 & Photoshop Beta version).

The message “The feature is not available in your region at this time” appears—it had been working normally until now and there were no such messages.

Does anyone know why?

Monday Oct 20th - suddenly after always working fine, Gen AI is not working. The error message is "This feature is not available in your region at this time." I have checked, and my region is not on the list of banned regions. (Lithuania)

I have tried restarting, reinstalling, an older version of PS, PS on the web and checking my region settings. Nothing has worked.

The help chat is down and the UK telephone number is not connecting. My AI generate is now not working saying that it is not available in my region! What the hell! I't stopping me working!

Bonjour, j'utilise le remplissage génératif depuis longremps et il a oujours fonctionné pour moi. Cependant, depuis aujourd'hui, j'ai ce message qui s'affiche. Je n'ai pourtant pas changé de localisation.
