P: Photoshop can't open, freezes on splash image, uses all of ram trying to open then crashes.

I have googled every possible variation of this problem and tried every fix for this problem, none of them worked. I have tried reinstalling photoshop, deleting everything even remotely related to photohop in the appdata, deleting custom fonts, restarting the computer, updating graphics and computer, and holding every possible combination of alt, ctrl and shift while trying to launch in administrator mode. The result is always the same. It opens the splash image, gets to loading preferences or brushes, spikes RAM usage to every last byte of RAM I have, freezes the computer, then crashes.

And no i'm not running it on a potato i'm running it on an Alienware Aurora 4090, it should have more than enough power to handle this and Photoshop ran perfectly fine for months. Then just today it crashed and has never started up again.

Photoshop version 25.11

UPDATE

We identified a problem with a recent Adobe update that caused Photoshop and several other Adobe beta apps to fail to launch. We’ve released an updated installer to fix this problem. Please download and install the latest Creative Cloud beta applications. This update should resolve the launch issue.

Thanks,

Cory - Photoshop Product Manager

I have the same issue since yesterday.
I cleaned my PC, cleaned the registry, used adobe cleaner,

I uninstall photoshop and try with the different older version, uninstall and install again my GC driver. I use Alt+Ctrl+shift, nothing work and Photoshop always refuse to work. I scan my PC, nothing, nothing.

I have lot of work to finish and i can't work.

I have had the problem of PS freezing at the opening screen for a couple of weeks - deleted the PS beta and PS opened. Then after a few days and updates from other Adobe beta loading, I tried to open PS and again freezing. I had to finish my projects in other image apps. -  Then, from this group, someone posted that it might be one of the other Adobe beta apps making PS have problems. So, I deleted all the Adobe beta apps, (except for Bridge beta, I overlook deleting that one), then I restarted my computer and PHOTOSHOP OPENED!!!!!!!!

I can't for the life of me get photoshop or the beta version (25.12) to launch. I'm running Sonoma 14.6.1. on a M1 Macbook Pro 14". When clicking on the app, it just sits there. I can see from my memory app that it's using 500% RAM and keeps climbing. I then get a running out of memory message. I can launch my other apps like Promier Pro, just not Photoshop (which is what I need atthe moment). I've unistalled and reenstalled older versions, restarted the computer and searched for sultions online, but no luck yet. Any solutions here?

I finally got my Photoshop app to open---I tried EVERYTHING, uninstalling, reinstalling old versions, updating my software, etc. I uninstalled Photoshop Beta and Adobe Premiere Pro Beta, tried to open Photoshop and it still didn't work. I noticed I had Media Encoder Beta downloaded, so I uninstalled that and Photoshop FINALLY opened. So double check for Media Encoder Beta and uninstall that if you have it

So for everyone still trying to fix it, the problem seems to go away after deleting Adobe Media Encoder + the (Beta) of Media Encoder, which I have no idea how I even had, I've never downlaoded the beta of it, anyways, uninstall it from the Creative Cloud App, as well ass from the CCleaner, I only selected photoshop, and media encoder in the CCleaner, I didn't delete anything else, now photoshop works, I hope this works for others too!
