This is an easy one. As the title says:
- Choose the Type tool and draw a box. Commit the changes.
- Right-click on the layer in the Layers panel and choose the option to convert it to Point Text.
- Now check the Type panel and open the Tracking dropdown.
- The Tracking values will all appear disabled except for 0.
There's a simple workaround. After selecting any type within the layer, the options will become re-enabled.
