P: When launching Photoshop it recurringly takes focus from another application/task (Windows)

When I open PhotoShop, it takes my computer a moment or two to open it (most of my PSDs are at least 2GB big), so I switch back to my browser to keep working, but every time there is an alert, or popup, or question, or it simply successfully opens the PSD, PhotoShop forces itself to the front, interrupting what I was doing in another window.
It can be very frustrating, especially since I am more often than not in the middle of doing something.
And I wish it was as simple as Alt+Tab-ing back to my window, but sometimes it just forces its way to the front again!
I don't suppose this is a feature that can be taken off/switched off?

Better, but still steals focus at least once. I’m playing with starting it minimized to see if that makes a difference.

It's great! At last Photoshop starts silently! Awesome.

I noticed! I do feel like it did take focus at least once when I first opened after going to another window, but after that, it was good! Maybe it was just a one-off...

Now, that Adobe had a one year look into this issue. Is it being worked on? Or are you still only looking?

Same problem here, with same issues. And the more filters/fonts/panels you have in your workspace, the worse the problem. So much so that if you interrupt the "load" process of PS, sometimes the New screen comes up and sometimes it doesn't. So you're not sure if you're still waiting or if there's a malfunction.

While PS CCXXX has some fun capabilities, I'm running both CS3 and CC2017. CS3 loads in literally 12 seconds on the same system where CC2017 takes approx. 1 minute.
