Photoshop 2024 Windows Arm64 SD X Elite Bugs:
1. There is no option Create Video Timeline/missing menu,

Temporary solution: copy a Photoshop 2024 Windows Intel base folder instalation and replaced in Windows Arm64 (C:\Program Files\Adobe),

2. I can't play videos even though a video timeline has been created. Even though it is said that the Snapdragon X Elite is powerful enough to handle multitasking processes. Why?

I feel sorry for having a Surface Pro 11 with Windows Arm 64 which is said to be very powerful. In fact my MBP M1 does a better job at handling timeline videos in Photoshop, although it still lags when playing videos, but it works pretty well vs the Surface Pro 11 which doesn't at all. What's going on with the Adobe team in preparing Photoshop Windows Arm in Snapdragon ecosystem?

Please Adobe work harder so that Photoshop on Windows Arm can work like on the M1 ecosystem. Plus where is Lightroom Classic? Thank You.

The image below is the final process of Photoshop rendering on my MBP M1. The process took an hour or two from the beginning until the rendering was finished, but not on SP11, it will never be.

Even saving PSB files on MBP M1 doesn't take as long as on SP (Surface Pro 11). Why?

I am unable to open or import any video files in Photoshop on a Microsoft Surface 7 laptop. Currently running PS version 26.0 but have also tried 25.11 and 25.7. All had the same problem. Is this a known issue and any idea if this will be addressed? System specs below. Thank you.
