Photoshop 2024 won't open

Hi, suddenly Photoshop won't open. Two days ago it worked fine but as of yesterday it just won't open. The icon bounces for a while, then the initial title screen comes up and then it stops and an error page appears (see screenshot below). The other adobe apps such as Ai and ID are working fine. I am working on a fairly old (2015) MacBook Air but it is up to date on macOSMonterey 12.7.6 and Photoshop is also up to date. I have tried various fixes like unintalling and reinstalling, clearing the cache and ensuring that Photoshop has access via sysem preferences and privacy but nothing has worked. I have a deadline. Please help! Thanks.

Do you have any beta software installed? If so try uninstalling that then reinstalling Photoshop 2024.

Im facing the exact same issue, but with Illustrator :'(

@erika_9918  This is the form for issues and problems with Photoshop and not for Illustrator problems.

Please post you problem in the appropriate Illustrator forum.

Describe your issue as detailed as possible and add your system infos to your post.

@erika_9918 uninstall any beta software - especially Media Encoder and reinstall your Public Release (not beta) software.
