Anche con il nuovo aggiornamento 24.0.1 ho lo stesso problema. quando apro una foto con Photoshop il programma si blocca e non si avvia.

Bongiorno @Matteo270235521qxc can you explain how you open the image? Double click on finder; from PsHome page; File/open; Drag and drop to icon; sent from Lightroom, etc. And test if other means do work.

Il programma non parte da ogni procedimento.

Finder--scelgo la fotografia--apri con Photoshop--e il programma non si apre nemmeno (si apre solo l'icona nella barra dei menu.

Oppure io apro photoshop, il programma si apre nella schermata iniziale ma quando scelgo la fotografia il programma si blocca.

Hi, I'd try this: Try to restore your preferences to the default using this manual method:
https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/using/preferences.html#Manually it lets you keep a copy on the desktop that you can use to revert the process.

If it does not work, uninstall, reinstall

And the hardcore option: I suggest to try the Creative Cloud Cleaner tool: https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/cc-cleaner-tool-installation-problems.html

Il problema non si risolve. Ho provato a resettare completamente il programma Adobe, io ho rimosso tutti i file, i programmi e le cartelle, successivamente io ho re-installato tutto a nuovo. Il programma Photoshop continua ad andare in Crash sempre durante l'apertura delle foto; quando io scelgo la foto da aprire il programma si blocca.

Non so cosa fare. Anche perchè il programma lo sto pagando.

Does it crash (completely disappear and the crash reporter dialog shows up)? Or does it freeze, and you need to force quit it? Crashing and freezing a very different things.

 

If you experience a freeze on macOS, get a sample process using Activity Monitor: Could you please gather a sample process using Activity Monitor while it's frozen: https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/kb/how-to-get-a-process-sample-or-spindump.html That will help engineers figure out why Photoshop is going out to lunch on you. Post a URL to the file using CC files or dropbox, or something similar to share the log.

Il problema con questo aggiornamento 24.1 di Adobe non si è risolto. Ma sono riuscito a risoverlo con il nuovo aggiornamento MacOC. Da MacOS Monterey a MacOS Ventura. Ora il programma funziona correttamente!!
