Sampling ring doesn't show same color as pallette

I recently got this issue where my sampling ring suddenly won't match the colors of what I'm color picking?

The color will always be the same as the one I'm sampling, but the ring itself will show another color (the red being more orange, and the yellow being not as muted in the picture as an example)

I know this is a really small issue and isn't really affecting my work, but it just bothers me to see the incorrect color as I constantly use the sampler so see the colors I use. I have tried turning the sampling ring on and off but it doesn't help.

@Sarah323216132oqb it's a bug that was carried over from the Beta version, it's reported as been fixed in Beta version 25.13

I can confirm this is happening for me as well, turning color proofing on makes it more noticeable, but even with it off, there's still a slight difference.

Windows 11 64-bit, Photoshop 25.12, GTX 1070 with the latest studio driver (561.09).
