Ständiges öffnen bei Start von PS von einem KI Bild

Bei mir öffnet sich bei JEDEM Start von PS ein Bild, wo ich die Sache mit dem KI ausprobieren soll.

Will ich aber nicht, und kann es nicht ausschalten. Ich will einen leeren Startbildschirm.

This is a known bug. Apparently it has to do with non-standard characters in your Windows user account.
