Question

Wacom stylus and mouse pointer stay pressed

I hope this message finds you well. I wanted to share a concern I've been experiencing regarding my Wacom device and mouse while using the pen and zoom tools in Adobe Photoshop 2023 version 25.0.

When I use the pen tool, I've noticed that when trying to create a curve, the pen doesn't release the anchor point properly. Even after lifting the Wacom stylus, it continues to create new anchor points continuously, resulting in unexpected and imprecise behavior.

Similarly, when using the zoom tool, I've observed that the mouse gets stuck, continually zooming in and out without responding to my actions.

These issues have significantly affected my workflow and task precision in Adobe Photoshop. I would greatly appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter as soon as possible. If there is any advice, software update, or solution I can apply to rectify these problems, I would be grateful to receive your recommendations.

Thank you in advance for your attention and assistance on this matter. I look forward to your prompt response.

No i mean, inculde 24.5 also buggy for this case.
at least 24.4.1 or previous version.
24.0.1 works for me

Thanks for the advice, I'm going to roll back to version 24.5 and see if it works for me

Pen tool anchor point only? or Other tool is also broken?
If is right, Check my thread.

https://community.adobe.com/t5/photoshop-ecosystem-bugs/p-completely-broken-hand-tool-ps24-5-hand-tool-sticking-sticky-not-reverting-to-cursor/idi-p/13877561

It's exactly a bug that started with 24.5 version.
It's fully reproduced with mouse as well as wacom pen, and many people have already voted, agreed and reported except me.

Photoshop doesn't seem to be able to accept the removal of the mouse even if you press and remove the left click.

So you can try hand tool too, and if this kind of bug is correct, the only way is to roll back to the version before 24.5 and keep it until it's fixed.

I'm also experiencing a similar issue to yours, from version 24.7 up to now. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling, but it still has the same error
