3.24.22_Anyway to keep duplicate window open on startup?

Hey all,

I tend to replace navigator with a duplicate window nowadays (Windows>Arrange>New window for ____)
It can be flipped horizontally and can also go into dot gain mode as well as not have that annoying red box when zooming in on main window

But the problem is that when open PS again after closing, that window dissapears and I need to reopen and resize it again, any way to keep this thing open and in the same size as it was before?
Workspace doesnt seem to save it properly
