The 3D menu doesn't appear on my Photoshop CS6 extended.

I am running Windows 7 Ultimate (Version 6.1)

Any ideas about what is going on?

You'll need to contact Intel and work with them to identify the cause of the crash in your video card driver.

They may have a beta driver that fixes the problem already.

I've seen several posts on different forums, refering to the 3D capability of Photoshop not working when trying to create 3D Text.
Ensure that your document is in RGB Colour Mode.
3D will not work if you've created or opened a CMYK document.

yeh19478121 your 3D functions are not working because you are not using a genuine licenced copy of Photoshop. Adobe do not sell, and have not sold, a Perpetual licence for Photoshop CC. I cannot help you further.

I don't work for Adobe - the only reference I found in a quick search is attached below. That suggests in Myanmar CC for teams is available via resellers but not CC for individuals (or teams via Adobe.com).

The 3D menu was greyed out on my computer only because I was trying to use the 3D option on a png. I do have CS6 Extended Photohop. I tried using the 3D option on text and the menu was not longer greyed out and I could use the 3D features. If you are trying to use the 3D menu on a png your image needs to be in RGB mode.
