3D not working

Hi,

I'm trying to perform a simple function in Photoshop 12.3.1 in the 3D tool and this warning appears:

The 3D features require that 'Use Graphics Processor' is enabled in the Performance preferences. Your video card must meet the minimum requirements and you may need to check that your driver is working correctly.

My system is up to date, "Use Graphics Processor" is enabled.

Settings:

iMac (Retina 5K, 27-inch, Late 2015)
Graphics: AMD Radeon R9 M390 2GB
Processor: 3.2GHz Quad-Core Intel Core i5

And it still isn't working.
What can it be?
What I'm doing wrong?

Thanks in advance,

Carlos

Here's the full story on Photoshop and 3D

One solution offered in this FAQ:

We recommend using Photoshop 22.2 if you continue to need access to Photoshop 3D features. That version will remain accessible to you in the Creative Cloud Desktop application for installation for up to two years from August 2021 (however, the operating system requirements for 22.2 will remain as they were in February 2021 when it was originally released).
