FYI:  It looks like the graphics accelerator setting wasn't checked (I had to check this to get to the settings you requested).  After restarting the program it's now working and looks like:

I am having this problem with CC 2020.  Just updated PS, then uninstalled/reinstalled, have checked Graphic Processor settings, machine is only 6 months old, is defintely in RGB mode, rebooted several times, updated drivers and everything else possible.  Nothing I try seems to work.  All 3D options are greyed out, 3D option doesn't come up when I select my text.  Which is all I am trying to do... Create some 3D text.

I'm in RGB mode and I've enabled the graphic processor.

I'm using CS6 on a 2018 Mac. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I'm not sure.

It does have 3d extrusion in the menu, but it's not avalable.

You do not have the 3D menu between the Filter menu and the View menu , so it does not look like you have CS6 extended.
