I just updated to V24 and get a no longer authorized message block when I open even though I am and can close box and continue. I'm on an educational licence.

See message below

Have you tried contacting Adobe Customer Support?

https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html

Are you logging in with the same educational email address you licensed this with?

Thank Kevin

Yes I am using the educational email to log in.

I tried to reach support but because it was an educational email I was redirected to contact the institutional administrator.

Still pending but PS still works?

Hi Wayne ... Do you have the issue fixed yet?

We are also starting to see this Access Denied prompted after users login with Federated ID and launching Photoshop or InDesign 2023 (v 24). This is not occured on Adobe PS or Indesign 2022 (v23) and also when we tested it with Adobe ID.

We have reported to Adobe Enterprise support and they are still work on it without further timeline.

Thanks.

Forgot to mentioned that dismissing the Error prompt will keep the user using the apps.

Still have error but as noted when dismissing prompt PS still works.

Waiting until post weekend to contact educational admin.

Not a big issue just a pain.

FYI - I do not get the error in Lightroom Classic.
