Access Denied Message on Startup

I just updated to V24 and get a no longer authorized message block when I open even though I am and can close box and continue. I'm on an educational licence.

Are you logging in with the same educational email address you licensed this with?

Yes I am using the educational email to log in.

I tried to reach support but because it was an educational email I was redirected to contact the institutional administrator.

Still pending but PS still works?

Hi Wayne ... Do you have the issue fixed yet?

We are also starting to see this Access Denied prompted after users login with Federated ID and launching Photoshop or InDesign 2023 (v 24). This is not occured on Adobe PS or Indesign 2022 (v23) and also when we tested it with Adobe ID. 

We have reported to Adobe Enterprise support and they are still work on it without further timeline.
