The short answer is...no. You may get it to install and open, but it will be a frustrating experience.
The integrated Intel GPU will probably put a stop to proceedings right from the start. It's well below current requirements. You really need something better, like a discrete Nvidia RTX 3050 or 4050 and upwards.

Today 16 GB RAM should be considered minimum, and if you have some sort of integrated GPU that should be increased to 32 GB.

Thank you for your kind reply and I understood the matter well enough.
So according to my laptop overall specs, which version should I run then you suggest?? 2022, 2021 or 2020??

I don't know, but a wild guess would be 2020 or perhaps 2021. That's about the time when GPU requirements started to increase in a major way.
I'm not sure where you would get old versions, though. In the CC desktop app there is one v22, aka PS2021. That's the oldest.
But no guarantees that it will work well. You may still experience problems.

I will give it a try and see which one runs most smoothly without any probs,
The 2020 or 2021.

Be careful where you get them! The internet is flooded with pirated copies. Most of them contain malware, and then you quickly get into bigger problems.
