Will Actions recorded for CS6 work on PS2025?

Most likely, provided you haven't changed too many configuration parameters. Remember, the action does exactly what was originally recorded.
In any case problems are easy to fix. Just run the action step-by-step, and if it stops at any given step or throws an error, simply re-record that particular step.

The actions will work fine as long as every command and feature that they use has not changed since CS6. But a number of things in Photoshop have changed over the last 13 years, so there is a chance that some actions will fail.
It all depends on which specific features each action uses. For example, if an action tries to run Shake Reduction, well, that feature was completely removed…an action can’t run a feature that’s gone. Or if an action tries to use Generator (automated web graphics export), that command was recently renamed and moved to a different submenu to avoid confusion with the new generative AI commands.
In the end you’ll have to do what D Fosse said: Just run them and if any stop working, troubleshoot and fix them using the tools in the Actions panel.

You have good answers above. If there is something you are struggling with, please capture a screenshot with the error message and the action step also expanded. Depending on the error message, it will also be useful to submit a corresponding panel, like the Layers panel, expanded and visible.
