After updating to 21.1 the actions we run at work to save images in several places locally and on the network stop working when it tries to save a CMYK image on our network.
The error message reads that that file does not exist anymore.
I purged all the caches in photoshop and bridge which did not fix the problem.
Rolling back to photoshop version 21.03 however did fix my problem.

Did you try resetting the Photoshop preferences?
Press and hold Alt+Control+Shift (Windows) or Option+Command+Shift (Mac OS) as you start Photoshop. You are prompted to delete the current settings. The new preferences files are created the next time you start Photoshop.
