You can drag swatches from the Swatches Panel into the CC Libary panel.

And then access them in Fresco with the Library.

You can load the .ASE set (Adobe Swatch Exchange) file into Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, then drag the swatches into the Library panel after you load the set into one of the three applications.
