Really struggling with adding formatted text from a MS word docx sized at A5 to the rear of a PSD leaflet I have created, also sized A5 - 148mm x 210mm x 300 res.
The front of the leaflet is completed with Logo, images and text and I want a list of events on the rear.
It seems the way to do it is to "snip" the text and save as a jpg.
However, this just gives me a smaller image when added to the leaflet and if I enlarge it to the dimensions as the above, the text becomes unclear.
The text is actually an annual list of 20 events with 4 tabs to create the list, which is not really easy to add in a text box using PS.
I am clearly not understanding something here and would appreciate any advice on how best to achieve this.
Many thanks.
Rob
You are doing this backward. Photoshop is not a page layout application. Why not do the layout in Word or a dedicated page layout app like InDesign or even possibly Illustrator?

Thanks Lumigraphics.
I was beginning to think along those lines.
However, I am only familiar with PS and not InDesign or Illustrator.
i created the front in PS because there are several layers as it consists of 4 different images, a logo, a banner all at an angle across the page and a background wallpaper so it seemed the best way to me in my limited experience.
The rear of the leaflet has the same background but just the list of events in plain text.
I'll take a look at InDesign.
Thanks
Rob
