Administrative Access

When i try to use the generative AI feature I keep getting the message 

"Your system Administrator isn't allowing access to this feature right now" I purchased the software so not sure what I need to do in order to use all of the features.

also having the same issue, im on a school account and having given photoshop admin perms already
