When i try to use the generative AI feature I keep getting the message

"Your system Administrator isn't allowing access to this feature right now" I purchased the software so not sure what I need to do in order to use all of the features.

I have the same message, and it's new
Using macbook air, software is up to date , subscription based
Can someone please advise a fix?

Are you using Windows or Mac?

Does your OS User Account have Admin rights?

If you are using Windows, go Settings > Accounts and make sure it shows Administrator

Google's Ai summarizer has a fair bit to say about it. (Click on Show More)
