Simple question, how do I get Photoshop to use the latest version of Camera Raw.
I am using a MacBook Pro with the latest version of Big Sur (11.3)
The latest version of Photoshop (22.3.1)
Camera Raw is up to date (13.2)
But when I open an image in Camera Raw in Photoshop, it opens in Camera Raw 12.4. How do I get Photoshop to use Camera Raw 13.2?
It doesn’t matter whether it is a CR3 file, CR2 file, CRW file, TIFF file or a JPEG file.
Hi there,
That shouldn't be happening. Do you have any other version of Photoshop installed on your computer?
Try installing the Camera Raw plugin from here and let us know if that helps: https://helpx.adobe.com/camera-raw/kb/camera-raw-plug-in-installer.html

As you can't uninstall Camera Raw, I uninstalled all the apps using it and then reinstalled them. Problem solved.

That cannot possibly be the correct answer as it did not work.
