Adobe color wheel?

Hello, I' ve installed PS 24.1.1, but there isn't the extension Adobe color (with he's relative wheel). How can I analyze the colors of une picture without exit to photoshop?
Is there ad alternative method?

Not sure I understand your question, but if you're referring to the Color Themes panel, that is no longer available in Photoshop

You can have a look at the theme extractor from Adobe color if that helps

I know you have to do it outside Photoshop, but all the resulting assets you can produce on the Adobe color website can be saved in your libraries, making them easily accssible directly in Photoshop, via the library panel.
BUT
another, maybe better option would be to use the image extractor module within the libraries

Using the + sign at the bottom of the libraries panel

you'll be able to extract info from any open image
