adobe dimentions advert everytime i use warp tool

when i start photoshop cc2018 i get an adobe dimentions advert everytime i use warp tool for the first time.

i click close, (and not the "later" button) but it comes back.

it's like one of those 'orrible rich tool tips

(tool tips and rich tooltips are set to off.)

it's an irritation rather than a show stopper, and i assume this is a bug not a feature?

Could you please update to the latest version CC 2018 19.0.1 from Creative Cloud desktop app and let us know if you continue to face this issue?

Also, help us with a screenshot of the "Adobe Dimensions" screen you're referring to.
