Adobe photoshop 2019 crashing continuously

Its crashing whenever I open it. I tried updating graphic drivers too but the issue is not solved. Sometimes just Photoshop goes blank and shuts down and sometimes a blue screen saying error code video tdr failure and the whole computer shuts down. Its becoming very difficult to do any work please help.

What have you done for trouble-shooting so far?

Restoring Preferences after making sure all customized presets like Actions, Patterns, Brushes etc. have been saved might be a good starting point:

Hi, Can you please share your system specification ?

and have you tried to reset photoshop preferences ? It might work
