Maybe uninstall and reinstall Photoshop again. Also, try installing an earlier version of Photoshop.
Upgrading your RAM to at least 16GB might help.

Presumably, you used: File > Open, and navigated to the files, such as JPGs?
How much RAM and spare hard-disk capacity do you have?
It might be worth resetting the Photoshop preferences, which you can do under the General tab in Photoshop preferences.

Thanks for the answering.
Such files .png, .psd or .jpeg
I have 8 gb ram and instead of my hard disk i have SSD with 147 gb spare space. I will try the resetting preferences.

again thanks for respond. I uploaded the old version and it is working atm. untill permanent RAM solution it will help to handle my work.
